This HEAVY 7.5-inch Beer Mug/Stein/Tankard - is etched by hand to commemorate the first New England ship to have directly traded with China in 1786, THE GRAND TURK from Salem Massachusetts.

The metal lid made in West Germany for Old Spice, is embellished with a beautiful compass rose.

Exact production date unknown.

Protected from any harm by a cocoon of nicotine and cooking grease where it sat for decades in a bar (it's all good though, because we like'em dirty!) Therefore it's in phenomenal shape - NO chips or cracks! Crisp and clear finish. Great patina on lid.

A must for any man-cave, bar/pub/tavern, garage, game room, lady den - or just as a cool conversation piece in your home or office.
