The NBA is offering players a smart ring that supposedly detects the COVID.
The company Oura designed a ring that can monitor sleep, pulse, movement heart activity and temperature and according to the company's website with those data can detect the coronavirus.
There is currently little data to prove the accuracy however more than 600 healthcare professionals and first responders took part in the study's first phase. The study is growing to include an additional 10,000 participants across the United States, including New York and California, according to RNI.
The ring can be purchased for $299 at the Oura Website.
